Ratings not sticking

Has anybody else had problems with their ratings not sticking on dooyoo? I've tried rating a few reviews and my ratings aren't showing up. Lisa x

Not had this problem - but for the last few days my ratings are not being accepted sometimes. It doesn't turn orange and no matter how much you click it doesn't do anything. I have to go off the review and back, sometimes two or three times, for it to eventually allow me to rate.

Dooyoo are aware of the issue and are, I assume, working on it.

If you can provide some helpful information that we can pass on, the problem might get solved quicker e.g. browser, when you were on Dooyoo, the review you were trying to rate.

This seems to be fixed now - at least I haven't had any probs lately.

I take it all back - last night and this morning they are still sticking.
