The interest in this promotion was overwhelming and we have been inundated with requests for free pitchers. We have now exhausted our stock of free pitchers, which were allocated on a first come, first served basis. We are sorry to say that your application has not been successful in this instance.

We understand that this may come as a disappointment to you, and are therefore developing a separate offer purely and exclusively for those of you who applied for pitchers yet were unsuccessful. We will mail details of this offer to you by 30th September.
