LOGO COMPETITION.

I would like a logo for the site. Something discreet and small like the one that we have but instead of Le Forum, something that says something about writing, or something a little more in line with the new forum. Let's see if members can come up with something better than the existing one.

... have to be a particular size? (i.e. 123 x 38 is the size of the existing one, does it need to be the same?)

I don't think that we want anything garish or big. The existing size would be quite acceptable.

Love the writing and the missing apostrophe. Are you able to change the background colour at all ?

I can do all kinds of corrections. I got the whole thing as a Photoshop PSD file, so all elements are changeable or alternable (or whatever).

Can she have eyes ?

I can open them by putting little dots there, should work. Originally drew them being closed.

Well put out a list of alterations and I'll incorporate.

Okay but it's pretty good stuff. Blue the same background as the forum, and probably the lighter one, but of course it's admin that chose at the end, but I like it very much.

The background shade is not an exact match since I didn't have any set values to work with, but I tried to get it as close as possible by comparing the screen. Also I don't know what the size should be, but if anybody ever wants to use this I can always make the necessary adjustments.

It's a glass of water or some blue fizzy drink (since Rachel apparently doesn't do that much alcohol I gather)... I originally drew it after Rachel's member pic and just put something in her hand...

Idea is kind of like "Cheers for all your participation" or sommit like that.

I like it. It's a nice friendly picture. Can you put a pen in my hand ? Hehe. I am being a nuisance aren't I ? Like the colour now.

I would have put a pen there if it didn't mean doing the whole picture again. But as it is it would require a new drawing, scanning and colouring. Sorry for the inconvenience.
