So I just went to look at the condition of my bank account (!) and there are two identical payments from Ciao on there. It's only for £12, do you think I should tell Ciao, or keep it, or will they attempt to reclaim it when they realise their mistake?

Donate the extra to charity rather than giving it back to them, they will only waste it rewarding video reviews.

I wish I could check online with my bank but I managed to forget my log-in number and had to re-order my details.

If more than one person (or everyone) got paid twice then Ciao will cotton on to the fact - or some rather sad soul will tell them (or they secretly read the forums) and they will ask for the money back.

Shame it didn't happen to me when I asked for a tranfer of a rather large sum of money compared to the little bit I had this time. But double money would still be nice.

Yes, at the moment, dooyoo would be a better bet as you can be paid with amazon vouchers, unless of course you have a UK bank account.

Oh well, didn't even get one payment, probably too soon to expect it anyway. I don't normally notice when the Ciao payments go in, I usually request a payout at 40 or 50 quid...
