| Have just tried to send a message in the help section, but had a message appear saying that the site was being optimised, and thanks for my patience. I just wondered if the guides or indeed Jared could tell me if the messages are getting through alright, or do i have to try again later? Lisa x | |

| The irony that the help section has a bug in it is not lost to us. It hasn't been fixed yet because we're very close to posting a new format for the whole community/help area. This is ALSO why the guide list is super-out of date at the moment. I wish I could give a date as to when it'll be launched, but the ways of the tech gurus is a mystery to all who don't speak their language. That and I don't think they know. -jared | |

| Can you not distract 'em with posters of Xena? Surely they'll answer then? | |
