| As if to respond to my suggestion on these pages the following was posted in the Member Center on CIAO at 14:00 (their time)
Temporary account imbalances Problem with Ciao accounts due to technical problems, some account balances have suddenly decreased to zero. We are currently dealing with this issue. All accounts will, of course, be recredited to the previous amount. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

| Hmmm, did someone just press the delete all accounts button then and now they are trawling through every account to work out what people are owed.
I hope we get paid for anything that has been done after too.

| I was so shocked to see my account at zero. I thought I had to go and get some new glasses lol as the last time I had quite a bit more than £0 | |

| I just took a screen shot of the community announcement regarding the promise that the money would be reinstated, and saved it to word! Just makes me feel better for doing it .... am beginning to get the heebijeebies that my loada dosh has gone forever. A very expensive error on my part not to have taken £5 at a time | |

| Thing is whether they owe £5 or £50 to you, it is money earned that they agreed to pay. They have said on the message they will pay so I would have thought legally they must. | |

| Fine as long as you have proof of what you have earned. | |

| Yes, all the time that the ratings stay. Because each rate will equal money (just), and I have proof on my bank statements as to what they have paid me. I'm sure that it won't get that bad though, especially as they don't want thousands of people taking them to court. | |

| With my experience I have got more out of Cia, because I don't write often enough on dooyoo to get enough miles to cash before they expire...and then as I get close half expire so it's like a viscious circle.
But I know what you mean. I objected to a job when I was 13 that paid 45p an hour despite the fact I was working on my own in a shop..... now I must work for something like 20p an hour at the most. But hey, I enjoy doing it.

| It is not the writing for the money that causes the concer rachel, I think it is more the principle that you have earned it and it is rightfully yours. | |

| I want my £1.63 back. I need it to feed and clothe my kids. Seriously though, I think it all should have been sorted by now. | |

| Aw, but seriously, I think that we had a delay like this about two years ago and it all came to nothing. I am not rating at the moment til the cash comes back in case people that are depending upon it lose out. It's not hard to wait til the site is up and running properly. | |
