Has anyone read this ? What did they think ? Can we go too far in trying to be healthy ?

Never read the book but watched the TV series and think there is a lot in it which is right but too much of the other way which can harm you as well.

I got this book for my birthday a few years ago and definitely think its a good read if you are drunk. It goes a bit far with its mung beans and visualisation techniques and I think Gillian Bigteeth is a terrible advert for her books and shows as she looks dead unhealthy herself

I was browsing on Ebay the other day for this book, and the cookbook version too.
