| I'm with Sky at the moment but I'm considering switching to Virgin Media. Are any of you with them, and what do you think of their service? Lisa x | |

| I was with NTL but they've been bought out by VM so I'm with them by default. NTL have always been OK as long as nothing went wrong (after sales is cack). Not sure about VM but the Virgin brand usually suggests that they loook after their customers. | |

| How do you find it so far when the weather is bad? Sky plays up quite frequently with bad weather, and even when it's a hot summers day. Lisa x | |

Oh the power of a marketing department! Virgin tend to buy other companies to enter markets, and they inherit the problems the other companies had.

Virgin tend to buy other companies to enter markets, and they inherit the problems the other companies had. Fair enough. I was going on feedback re Virgin airlines which is predominantly good. Maybe it was broad brush then if you have negative experiences to draw on re Virgin, Drew.

| I've been with NTL for years and never had a problem with them. virgin so far have been just as good (though its only beena short time) and seem to be adding some good free TV series onto their digital on demand service.
The one thing to be wary of though is the fact that you cant get Sky 1 anymore with them, as has been highly publicised this week.
