Fantastic show last night, Katie was finally found out and Sugar played it very nicely I thought. I'm not so sure who will win the final though... rember it's not totally based on the final task but more what Sugar is looking for in his potential apprentice. Could Christina be a little too experienced to be a good apprentice?

| Hi worm. I meant women have to make big sacrafices to make it in business. If they are married then maybe they have less incentive or something. Katie seems to be just a publicty stunt, but great TV.And there lies the problem with the show. Is that what it is solely about? | |

Yep next Tuesday, not sure what channel or time though Although Kristina is older and more experienced, I think she is the better of the two and more likely to stay at the job longer.

| Wel I watched the interviews this afternoon and I agree Chistine was the best candidate to actual fill the remit. Katies surrender out looked a bit staged, maybe because of her naughty photos. Was she pressured to walk after he had asked her to stay on, given SAS the high ground, or was she a ringer all along? I think Trey was the one found out, proving you can BS your way in life only so far. And as for Simon (not Paul)...hes a slacker living of family money. MENSA my ass.lol. | |

| I thought although Tre and Katie were obviously capable business people they lacked other qualities like trust/ integrity/ courtesy/ manners. And in my book they are far more important. Kristina looks nailed on to win. Simon fluffed both times he was team leader and is lucky to be in the final. | |

Boo Hoo- spoil sport I already know One of the guys that does not get the job. Now that it is over it was Tre who is doing the conference events, after the other night I do wonder why anyone would want to hear him speak, maybe on the topic "How to fit an IKEA wardrobe into your international office" That had to be the top line from the whole series "he runs 15 offices world-wide some of which may be bedrooms" Priceless.

Well they couldn't get rid of him easily since he was on the winning team in 8 out of the 11 tasks...

Did he say that in the programme? I thought he asked about the child care provisions she had in place if she were to take the job, which since she lived in Exeter and the job was in London seemed reasonable. It is not discriminatory to ask such questions as long as all candidates for jobs are treated in the same way. In this case I think out of the three final candidates only the two women had children and only Kaite had young children. In any case I think he sussed out that she really wans't interested in the job and was only out to get some publicity from the TV show...

| If a woman was to not get a job on the grounds of children then that would be wrong, but as said above, he only asked about where she would live after all the questions he still offered her a place in the final so I didnt see anything wrong with the questions. | |

I think the key thing is are all candidates asked the same question whether they are Male or Female. So the childcare isn't relevant at all (that is down to the candidate to resolve when considering an employer and a job role) - but the logistics of how male or female would get to work when living so far apart - IS relevant (i.e. do they expect to travel back Monday mornings and back fridays (or will they travel in their own time...etc). If not, it is grounds for indirect sexual discrimination. Personally, I would run a mile from asking such questions at interview stage...it is completely unnecessary for any post in my experience...you describe the post and the hours , whether fixed or flexible and your expectation and guidelines for managing hours/time etc. It is down to the candidate to decide if that is the right job or not.
