| I could not post this thread under Entertainment becase it would be a total mis-representation but was that not the most boring cup final you have ever seen? I watched it with a couple of friends and we spent the whole time talking about other things, at least my mate was glad he had sold his two tickets to the final for a nice profit rather than going to watch two teams that he did nt care about play a dull game. Watch the bouncing ball instead it is far more interesting. | |

| I agree. If we can just get Villa into next year's final we could be in for a festival of football | |

| I fell asleep in the second half, waking only briefly when united 'bundled' the goalie into the goal and then I fell asleep again. It was pitiful. | |

| You must be a Chelsea fan The game was horrendous. Both teams were scared of each other and the game fizzled out into a tight game scarce of chances. Neither side shone above the other from where I was sitting. | |

| Technically yes but I can't help thinking that Watford and Blackburn may have provided a better final than the rubbish I saw, it was not as if there was that much gifted technical football to watch as there was a fair amount of negative passing and lon balls to nowhere. | |

| Your right it will be a good game, thought about goin myself as a mate can get tickets through Club Wembley but they were charging £99 as part of a package which was a bit too much for my liking, might just head off to the pub and watch it. | |

| I see Graham Poll the referee has been shouting his mouth off about the F.A and their lack of support for him. Thats rich coming from someone who booked someone three times at the last World Cup.
Glad hes retired. He was one of our worst referees - god knows how he became the F.A representative at International tournaments. | |
