Anybody else having problems getting suggestions added, none of the last three suggestions I have made have been added and that used to be one of the few things the site was able to do with a modicum of efficiency.

They had a notice up they'd fixed some 'problem' with the product suggestion system, but I made a couple of suggestions nine or ten days ago and still nothing doing it seems.

It's odd as they usually only take a couple of days - maybe the heat has killed the hamsters at Ciao HQ, it does seem the wheels have stopped turning of late Wink

Apparently one interpretation is "Magazine + Book = Mook" - though I doubt it was intended in that context
lol! Wink

I still can't find the 'Suggest a product' button - never mind wait for a suggestion to be added!

It's not as easy as on Dooyoo.

You have to search for the product under the right category and then when you get to 'product not found' it will give you the option of adding a new one. Although if it find 'similar' product the option doesn't appear...It's a crap system!

Finally! I found out how to do it and it's totally different to what it used to be. I just used the tabs along the top of the Community Page and selected e.g. Travel, then got the huge travel menu and selected relevant topic from there and only then do you get a page with a Product Suggestion link at the bottom of the page.

Oh, where to start? A mook is the type of person that can't understand why they get less than VH ratings, the type of person to meticulously trawl through a site's T&Cs to spot rules they can use to hang other members, the type of person that equates dot colour to importance/ability to write a consumer review, the type of person that will use a borderline racist excuse to report another member...

etc.

What a great word. That should be in a dictionary of all the things you wish there were a word for.

Ahhh, that explains everything , It was the "Mooks" which hung me, but I don't give a "Feezle", I shall be back soon enough and that will open up a "Can of Whoopass"...My suggestion to Ciao is that they "Invertimagate" any future "Abusax" reports properly and my advice to you is that maybe when you want to make a comment you use the Urban Dictionary, cos the "Mooks" won't understand a Bloody word you're saying !!

It's "inspirer of poetry", isn't it?
