Ciao Payments

Is anyone else having problems with cashin out from Ciao at the moment? I request a payment around 7 weeks ago and in my Ciao account it is still saying requested and not submitted. I want my money

I requested my payment after getting my diamond for my April paying review (which means sometime in May) and the payment has been both initiated and has arrived in my bank account ~ I'd say that the payments are between one and a half to two and a half months at moment ~ I think that getting the website stabilised was more important than trying to initiate payments ~ they sent me an email to let me know the payment was initiated
