I never liked Lost and I got really into Heroes when it came out in the USA. I reckon the reason it's often compared to Lost is because it takes a couple of episodes to get going but then it's really great.

| I was a bit baffled by it all. Will watch the repeat on BBC3 to see if that helps It hasnt immediately taken my imagination like Lost did. | |

| I enjoyed this as well. The added attraction, UNMASKED is really interesting which gives me more info about the series. Hiro rules!!! | |

| Yeah - it's the only TV series I'm following at the moment. Lots of fun. It's not often I'm actually that eager to find out what happens next week. And Hiro is cool. | |

| If I have the choice to have my special talent, I like the one with Peter where I could imitate or copy others' talents. But I dont want to read minds, it is confusing!!! Hiro and Ando are the 'icing of the cake' of the story that makes the it more entertaining.
I cant still grasp what's the role of the cheerleader's father in the story as well as the husband of Nicki. Nicki's character is still vague to me eventhough she has a split personality...

| You know what though, I can so see this going the same way as Lost- you never find out the answers and each week more questions are being asked and it runs and runs and runs! I still love Lost though lol. | |

| I like Lost as well but, the setting in Heroes is much more realistic. The Heroes' characters are real in the sense that you can have sympathy on the things they are going through. The only difference from our normal life is that they are special people. Heroes for me is looking other people's lives. | |

| Thank god you explained yourself there...when you said 'it is much more realistic' I thought you were taking the *Bad word*...or about to tell me you can fly/ time travel/ read peoples minds etc lol | |

| really? my friend from Brighton has the complete copy of the first series and she is sending it to me for advanced viewing. but i still like to watch it every weds or thurs especially for the UNMASKED part.
i was confused when Hiro was arrested by the New York police, and while he was talking to his friend, Ando over the phone, suddenly there was an explosion (the camera was focused to the glass wall of the building). I dont know what happened coz Hiro decided to go back to Japan. Did i miss something on that chapter?

I can say seeing all the first series that thankfully this is not the case, I thought they might mess about but the first series ends with some answers such as what is up wih claires dad. I won't say much else cause I don't want to spoil it though.
