Channel Four ruling..

C4 have been 'pulled up' for broadcasting under cover footage that clearly showed Islamic preachers ratning race and homophobic hate in the mosques, the spokespersons of the mosques in question complaining the show was cut badly, painting the mosque in a bad light . Bizarrely, they are saying that constitutues race hate, exactly what the guys in the film were doing. Now thats a paradox! No wonder we are where we are on this one.

Yep was on Five Live this afternoon as well. Last time the police made claims against a boradcaster over false editing and repoirting they got sued for a lot of money by Mcintyre apparently.

If you saw the show it was clearly gay and race hate-editor not. We seem scared to do anything about it though.
