Subject: DOOYOO mile redemption Wed 29 Aug 2007, 16:12
Is anyone having trouble redeeming miles at the moment. I put in a redemption for amazon on 12th August and have yet to receive them. Also I've emailed three times and have yet to receive a reply which I think is very unusual for dooyoo. I have to say this is the first problem I've had in a year so I hope it's just a one off! I'm so frustrated at getting no response though - any ideas of what to do next???

Sorry Kingfisher, there's been a delay on the Amazon end with getting confirmation of voucher status....it's only affecting maybe 3% of the people redeeming their vouchers, but communication is like use a telegraph machine with stuff like this. I was hoping to get a response from them before writing back to you once again. I'll follow it up (again) and see what I can find out. -jared
