If there is a spammer on dooyoo who is posting nonsense, do we contact Dooyoo or the guide in question ? What is the quickest way of dealing with spam ? If we rate it they will be credited for the rates. If we do not, they keep doing it ? What's the best course of action ?

When reported do these reviews get removed ? I know ciao is hit and miss, and not sure how dooyoo deal with it.

Yeah they will be removed tomorrow, until then I would be wary of posting something until the poster gets bored if you are at all worried about reads.

What I was more concerned about is that they have the correct ratings but do not get money from them. That's where it is difficult to make the decision. if you downrate (which is good) you also give them 3p.

Not a possibility really, takes a minimum of three days to get a voucher not including weekends. It doesn't usually take more than a day to get multiple reviews deleted.
