So, I am not sure if it is the fact that they have been having problems for three days, or that the media actually think it is worth REPORTING for three days that makes me laugh more!

There are what, 50 odd other airports in the UK, and suddenly cause 1 terminal that has just opens has problems, the country is suddenly grounded?!?

It's disgusting; the big boss is throwing a party for the opening of T5 and then over in T5 there are people waiting, bags going missing and flights being cancelled.

A lot of people did a lot of work to get the terminal (nearly) ready. Why shouldn't they have a party? It's not their fault.

28000 bags lost, 300 flights cancelled.

I hate to use the word 'disaster' flippantly but in business terms, this is a disaster for BA.

First time ever I was glad to be flying back to Gatwick, never thought I would say that.
