To be succesful in business you have to make it happen Phil, that is the important bit you seem to miss. Not only have you to get to the top spot but you have to hold on to it and that takes a lot of commitment and thinking on your feet. Maybe if you ever have aspirations to get somewhere in life you might understand that. As for the Ruth fence thing, I am not sure. I think Alan may have a suprise up his sleeve for next weeks double elimination.

| Ansell will win becuase he will shut up,listen, and do what hes told.Isnt that what an apprentice is? The egos are in the mix to make ita good show. They are the last 14 people on the planet Sugar would pick if this was a serious endevour. | |

Phil, what do you do for a living? where on earth do you get the idea that a businessman wants a yes man as an apprentice and not a bussinesman who will make him ten times more money? he wants people who are good, have you watched any of the series?

| Tim,like Ansell, has already learnt how much of a bully ALan is.If they disagree with the guy in their one hundred k job...well you can fill the blanks in. The show was never about finding ALans apprentice, the salaries alone will have been covered by his fee and exposure. The end product was never the point, the winner is irrelevant. Sugar just wants another minnion to shut up and do what they are told--and a third series of course.. Its like when the winner of Pop Idol is dropped just before the next series, concentrating the PR and resouces on the new run.PUBLICITY,and not his successor is the goal here.. | |

| Like Mr T would have said, "Fool!"
Sir A has the opportunity that every manager in the world would love, the chance to test an individual at every level to see who is most suitable for a position to make him money.
All the yes men have been weeded out bar two and they will go soon.
You have it so wrong. | |

| Sir Alan weeded out one from 14 guys THE PRODUCTION company chose, not him.Would you like 14 candidates like that to sell Mercs? Although they are the type of guys that sell cars... | |

| Paul out performed them all and then was sticched up by people in the interviews just like him in the last episode. What was the point of the last 12 weeks we ask? Chelle cranked her tits up and madea mokery, which is really the point I suppose. | |

| I thibnk she was good but Badger should have won in my opinion. I cant help but think that Sir Alan picked her because of her past and hardships she has had. | |

| I reckon michelle deserved it, I only caught the last few mins, I plan to watch the repeat next week, but the last time he asked "why do you want to work for me" ruth was reaally pushy and said she knew it all. He wants an apprentice not a pushy manager, and chelle said she was willing to learn, just what he wanted to hear. while ruth is very effective, michelle has dragged herself up from nothing and is still willing to try new things and learn new skills!

| I think Ruth lost it at that point, too pushy by fay and already knew it all. Good programme. I did enjoy it. | |

| If I had to employ one of them, it would have been Ruth.
She was great and would never say die.
I think Alan would have liked them both to be honest and it must have been a hard decision for him.

| Listening to the radio today, they had badger and chelle on there. Sir Alan took both girls on but Badger and him fell out and so she quit. Oh and it was made out that chelle and sir alan had an affair!! | |
