| What an absolutely brilliant film this is, saw it today and left the Cinema with a feeling of disbelief almost, it is totally harrowing, emotional, and brilliantly paced, but very uncomfortable viewing at times too, probably the best film I've seen this Year...... | |

| Watched it a few days ago, very powerful.
It's one of those films that when it ends there is no noise or movement from the audience.

| I am in 2 minds about this. i really really want to see it, but I just have a feeling that this is all too much too soon. If anyone has seen it could they tell me, is it just fillmed around the plane or is it the plotting or what?? | |

| It deals a bit with the planning, you see the hijackers and passengers getting ready to catch the flight.
Once the plane is airborne I`d say it is a 50/50 split between the plane and the air traffic control centre.

| Yep just got back from it, very weird. I thought it was a brilliant film, but very upseting and my heart was racing the whole way through. It is just amazing how no one is taking the blame and about how the Americans controling the air just had no common sense whatsoever, but maybe thats what panic does to you. I just now feel really sad and really angry. I still think this was too soon. | |

I still think this was too soon. I dont agree. Admittedly, I havent seen the cinema version, but the TV film was perfect in that it just focused on the plane and what went on inside it, and the families who were receiveing the phone calls. No mention of the politics behind it, no mention of anything other than what actually happened in those few hours. For me, I am glad that this 'forgotten' plane has been remembered this way as I for one do not remember much about it other than 'that plane that crashed in a field'. These people deserve the recognition they never got at the time. I really do want to see how the cinema version deals with it, I just hope it doesn't ruin the impression left on me from the version I have seen.

| Hmm you may have a point, I am glad that it doesnt deal with politics side of things too much, although for me it is just so fresh in my mind as the war against terrorism is still going on. I would really recomend seeing this. | |
