Dilemma

Okay, I suggested a CD on Ciao and Dooyoo and both have added them, but both added the wrong CD that however has the same title. I provided accurate links for both from the page of the distributor (and in Dooyoo's case even provided a link for the picture) and still both messed up in putting the wrong thing there.

Now should I just try again by suggesting for both should they manage to get the thing right (what a bother), or should I just weather it and risk going off topic (Not a good thing either)?

Any thoughts?

Yeah, thought as much, so took a new link from Play.com this time around and re-suggested it. Gah! I just wonder where they dug up different links from the ones I provided that was a proper distributors site even. Well, I'll see tomorrow again.

Just happened to me so i contacted the suitable guide (i asked if theyd change it) but they said to suggest it again. i was worried because suggesting and not reviewing them will eventually lead to you not being able to suggest

Accursed Ciao says the product is already there. It is not. They added the wrong thing, and still completely ignore the links I gave for the product I wanted to add. What is one to do?

Ciao did this to me once. I sent another email to their helpdesk explaining what they had done, with a copy of the email they had sent me and asked them if they could check again. They added it and sent me another email apologising.

Woohoo!! I can't believe my eyes, but looks like third times the charm. Ciao finally managed to add the right product. Now just as long as Dooyoo does the same.
