You are all insane though. When I drove to Paris from Amsterdam a few years ago I couldn't believe the way people were driving! I was tying to keep up and since I didn't know what KPH translated too I think I ended up at about 130MPH most of the way! To be fair though, the motorways here arent that bad, I just managed Reading to Glasgow in just under 5 and a half hours.

| Yeh but you are comparing us all to Parisiens and town people. Not like that so much in the country, though do watch your step on pedestrial crossings. | |

I wasn't even talking about the drivers in Paris - bloody hell. I ended up on the Arch de Triomphe at rush hour by mistake and really did think I would die there.

| I've got to go to Canterbury this week. And drive home on Friday afternoon. Fridays are the pits when you are trying to get home. I will probably be 5.5 hours on the M25 trying to get to the other side of the Dartford crossing.. | |

| I hate 'Sunday drivers' and really pees me off when they go so slow. I usually go real close and start swearing at them in the mirror- bad I know but im young and impatient!!
Also I also hate slow drivers on the motorway. I usually do around 80-90MPH (love the looks when they see a woman driver in a ford KA overtaking a big Audi!!) I drove from Blackpool to Kettering the other week and I was doing about 90 and a flash sports car came right up my bum, forcing me over but I wouldnt budge from the fast lane, so he undertook me, speeding off, and moving in and out of lanes undertaking everyone- it was so dangerous.

Perhaps ypu shouldnt have been blocking the overtaking lane? I was of the impression that that was what it was for

LOL, nah, overtake and move over I say. If everyone did that (midle lane hoggers as well) the traffic would flow so much better.

| The only other thing is that if you're doing things deliberately to piss off other drivers then you are just inviting a road-rage attack sooner or later... | |

| If someone hogs a lane, I undetake them if I can, then slow down in front of them letting all the slower cars undertake us both. Then when there is a long gap in fron, I floor the car going from abour 40 to *** in a matter of seconds and watch in my mirror as the person behind fades into the distance with other cars undertaking them.
small things, but hey, I can be a bit shallow at times.

| haha I like your thinking!! I used to be worse when i first passed my test but you have to calm down or you will just cause accidents. There are just some drivers who I take much pride in pissing off!!!! | |

small things, but hey, I can be a bit shallow at times. I did that when I was 18, about a year after passing my test. It was actually an A road and the woman was doing 35 mph the whole 15 mile yourney so I overtook about 4 cars then slammed on the breaks to about 25 mph. The bitch took my number plate and the police turned up at my door about 20 minutes later!

| I like to hunch over the steering wheel and drive through the centre of town in second gear that way when I do it in my old age I will at least know what to expect. | |

The bitch took my number plate and the police turned up at my door about 20 minutes later! Nothing they can do there mate without evidence. I had a hoody and his mate cut me up the smorning and they tried to get me to pull over for a fight. I gladly obliged and they sped off when I got out the car. twats.

| Dad had some fun a while back with this nutter behind us. Dad was sticking to the speed limit, and the bloke didn't like it so he tried to drive our car as well. Dad got really annoyed with him being right up tight behind, so as we had an old car at the time dad braked hard. I know that sounds drastic, but we weren't going that fast so the damage was minimal. The nutter behind had far more damage to his car than ours, but obviously wasn't very impressed. Dad made out that a dog ran out in front of us, and we had to brake. Anyway dad told him that if he'd been concentrating on driving his own car, rather than trying to push us on then the 'accident' wouldn't have happened. Lisa x | |
