| I have a 5 month old kitten (male) called Kev. When we got him he was house trained, but recently he has started weeing in a spot in our bedroom and poohing out of his box. we have changed his litter, so that may of started it, but does anyone have any other tips on how to stop this, as my partner says if he continues he will be thrown out!! HELP!! | |

| http://www.fabcats.org/kittencare.htmlI found this site really useful when we got our kitten, theres a seperate section on soiling indoors on there. Turns out our litter tray was too close to his food bowl, we also found a good spray of water when he started to go near the areas and do anything worked as well. | |

HELP!! You can buy sprays that stop cats from doing this, I find the gold paint on their eyes one the best.

| You could also try putting the food, or a few treats if you don't want smelly food in your bedroom, in the spot he uses, as he won't do it on his food.
Personally I think it could all just be down to the fact you have called him Kev!

| All this for a litter tray ! Have you made sure that the litter tray is clean ? Sounds obvious but even my rabbit will not go in his tray if it is dirty. There is also a litter you can put in the tray that has a smell to attract cats. | |
