Go to your page, see the tabs at the top. Chose the category you want, i.e. music etc. Then go to the specific area, and type in a search. If it comes back with nothing, go into detailed search. Type in the name. If that doesn't work, what does work is to type in gobbledigook. It then says the product has not been found and a suggest product link appears. From thereon in its easy.

This meaning that there is a product suggestion link between the product list and the newest reviews. That is where you do the search in (as a clarification). In there you get a detailed search and if its not found you get a product not found link. No need to really do fifteen searches in between if you know it's not there.

Product suggestions on ciao are a pain in the wotsit but after a while you get the hang of them. There are instruction on the member centre if you need a reminder. Dooyoo is a lot easier.

They seem to have made it easier, now if you do a search and it doesn't come back you get the suggest a product button at the bottom of the page.
