There may have been just reasons for it. Dooyoo had a crowned review once that was a copy and it was a technical error.

The whole thing is beyond belief! Once again I get £2.00 - why do I bother? Yes, some of the reviews that got diamonds do deserve them but on the whole much better ones have been overlooked.

It still seems a bit unfair, as the one which I know was changed was not copied and was by an established member. Maybe they had reasons for changing them, but surely it is wrong to change them once they have been put up on the site unless it is for copying reasons.

The thing is do the members that got them originally even know they did ?

The problem is there are only ten chosen though, out of perhaps 3000 reviews a month or more.

If they did a lottery, it would probably be perceived as equally fair or unfair, as diamond giving relies on a subjective judgement and therefore no two of us are going to ever agree on a list of ten, never mind all the members.

just got £5.00 this month

I got £2.00 this month. £5.00 last month, when I wrote less.....

I've managed 3 £2 premium funds in a row now. I wish I had the time to write to carry this on.

when do the diamonds and PF usually come out?

Don't know when they pay it. Usually around the 18th - not there yet.

I got £7 too my highest ever, not expecting to top that for a while

When was that for Don ? Have they paid out this month ?

I used to be very excited by the monthly diamonds but since they cut them to just ten I don't even bother to check who got them any more because they just make me so mad. And I wrote so little in November that I can't hope for much on the PF either.

I do think dooyoo beats the pants off ciao (oh in so many ways) for their rapid hand out on crowns. By the time Ciao dishes them out everyone has forgotten what was written the month before.

On my Ciao Germany account the PF was credited two days ago so hopefully ciao UK follows soon... But I will never understand their system anyway.

I got a very strange email from ciao today. Wasn't expecting one but recommended a review for a diamond and said ciao would be off their noddles not to include it in the diamonds for the month (or words to that effect). They wrote back and said that diamonds are chosen by algorithm of the database backed up by reading the reviews chosen.
