HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A MEMBER

How long have you been a member of Helium ? How did you find it ? and what are your thoughts on Helium as a site ?

I joined helium the end of January. Just happened across it one day while looking for a place to write. In general I like it. Although I can't wait for the ratings changes along with some of the other changes they are referring to take place.

I also find it frustrating when I look at a topic and the #1 article has misspelled words or lack of punctuation or isn't even really on topic etc............................

If you see top stories off topic, you can flag them using the tools at the top of the site. Its a good idea.

Can you also flag one or two liners as to little info.?

Depends how appropriate they are. Two lines may have good information but if it doesn't then flag it.

Yeah if it is a good artlcle regardless of lenght then I would rate it accordingly.

I found the place around new year so about a month. I love the fact that I can submit almost anything that i want to write about. Today i have written about global warming, a local band and a history article...hows that for a slice of fried gold?

I've been on since about mid jan and am liking it so far. Look forward to the possible chnages, am all for making things better through experimentation. x

I've been a member since early November. I love Helium, but for the life of me can't remember how I cam across it. It was probably by accident looking for work at home jobs, and I got side tracked when I saw the link. I'm sure I have been on the site for way too long today, but when I go there I get stuck. LOL

Hello Heliumheads, I have been a member since about 3 weeks ago. It's nice having a new creative outlet, and I hope this helps to improve my writing.

What is your impression after being a member that long ? either of you.

I truly enjoy the Helium and the time I spend on there. There are a few frustrations, but I seem to manage running in to those no matter where I go or what I do, even something as simple as driving can frustrate me at times. So oh well. Nothing that bothers me enough to keep me going back.
