Okay hands up. I am an honest person. I admitted being paid twice and got the standard "please write to ciao on the on site link" thing !! Talk about not wanting to be helped.

They'll send the boys around, soon enough!

For a fiver ? Is it worth it. Actually that would be ciao logic. Pay someone to come to France to get a fiver back. Wonder how many members got a double payment.

I reckon everybody who asked for payment in January got double money. Too much of a coincidence that more and more people here are saying they got paid twice. I think it was across the board.

I did to. I doubt very much that Ciao has even noticed. I've cashed out this month again before they take it away....

Given that they take up to six weeks to pay out they could still stop your cashout.

Bank statement arrived yesterday and I was only paid once! Thought they might have sent me a birthday present!

Don't tell me they did it again, and I held on for a little more money to cash out for at the end of this month. Hope the trend continues and they pay double next time, too.

To my surprise I was paid triple! Do you know how?

As I thought that I didn't need the money (because I cannot cash it), I reported to CIAO UK that there was something wrong with their system, especially in calculating members' earnings.

Then CIAO UK wrote me an email.

Dear Djohan,

We appreciated for your honesty by reporting the bugs found in our system and your report has saved us from huge collapse!

Hence, our CIAO management must award you by adding your actual current earnings x 3.

And the miscalculating on your friends' earnings would be adjusted based on their actual earnings.

But remember, don't tell about this to your friends. It is a top secret!

Best Regards,
CIAO TEAM

LOL - it's just a joke from me.

Yes, you need to have a UK bank account to get paid by Ciao!

You could tell it was a joke. The English was far too good to be from the Ciao-bots at head office. And there was a slight hint of a sense of humour. That was the killer for me!

I actually had the same e-mail and my earning shot up from 6p to 18p so I can now buy a chocolate frog.
