Hi there,

I've never had any problems myself, but know plenty who do.

I've had a look for the game, and you're correct it isn't there - only a link to purchase the game.

In an attempt to help I have also suggested the product to Ciao, explaining that the only link there is to purchase.

Fingers crossed it comes through for you.

Kels

No problems...I'll let you know what Ciao say as soon as I receive a reply.

My last 3 suggestions arrived within 48hours so fingers crossed this one does also.

I just took a look in an attempt to help and yes they have it but as an Amazon only link.

http://www.ciao.co.uk/search.php?SearchString=PS2+Modern+Combat&TopCategory=0&submit_basic_search=Search

I would suggest you write to ciao about this, pasting the link over and explaining that it is a link to amazon and that in fact you would like a writing category created.

Ciao do this a lot, I tried to get The Magic Kingdom added eight times! They kept arguing it was already there even though the category had been defunct for years!

Explaining how you got around it in the end Dave may be of help to many ciao users.

Sheer bloody mindedness really! Thing with ciao product proposals is persistence. I find making multiple submissions of the same product over a month (if they haven't added in a week submit again) gets the point across sufficiently for them to actually have a proper look at the database rather than just glancing at the screen and seeing it is there (in as Rachel says the amazon section!),

ADMIN edit: Don't ask for reads - it's not allowed on Ciao so why should it be allowed on here?

I have had problems in the past, but it seems to be better now. I've had them add a number of things recently, enough to keep me going for a few months at my pace.

I've got 'Writer's Block' and 'Too Busy Block' and 'Life's too Boring for words and I have nothing interesting to say Block', so I haven't tried for a month or more. But I have always got my proposals there eventually, although this can vary from 24 hrs to 10 weeks.
