I used to think that rating spammers was important, but the more I am on dooyoo the more I think that we encourage them because by rating them, they get 3p. I read one and if the rest are crap don't bother now. Not sure how other members feel in this respect, but why should they get the extra 3p's and surely if they are not rated, they will be at the bottom of the pile anyway with the guide's rate.

I used to leave comments but now if the same writer has left more than, say, three reviews in quick succession I deliberatly ignore the lot.

I am a bit of an optimist and really like to think that that comment on the first review makes a difference, but if I see a load in quick succession now, I don't read them.

Actually, they could have been good reviews. Some people write them and post them all at the same time as their time online is limited.
