| I have exactly 15,000 miles in my Dooyoo account so I claimed for Amazon vouchers. It's now telling me I haven't got enough.
What's going on? |

| Strange as they tell you, you only need 10,000 miles to claim them and then in increments of 5,000. Lisa x | |

| Maybe you have to have 5000 left in the account. Not sure. | |

| Well, screw that! I'm fed up with Dooyoo and am looking to clean out the account pretty much... I got a crown yesterday so I guess maybe the extra miles are in clearing and I might need to wait a couple of days or something. It's very annoying though, I want my Doctor Who books, damn it |

[Edit by admin - you know the rules] It can be I had to sit and wait for a read the other day to allow me to cash out £25 of vouchers but I got there in the end. | |

| I always cash out with the folding and that seems to happen right on the 55,000 mark. | |

| Have they changed the rules on dooyoo lately? I logged into my account for the first time and found that some of my miles had 'expired'...Do you now have to log in every so often? | |

| Yes miles do expire these days, so it is important to log on regularly and see the state of your miles. | |
