I have exactly 15,000 miles in my Dooyoo account so I claimed for Amazon vouchers. It's now telling me I haven't got enough.

What's going on?

Strange as they tell you, you only need 10,000 miles to claim them and then in increments of 5,000. Lisa x

Maybe you have to have 5000 left in the account. Not sure.

Well, screw that! I'm fed up with Dooyoo and am looking to clean out the account pretty much... I got a crown yesterday so I guess maybe the extra miles are in clearing and I might need to wait a couple of days or something.

It's very annoying though, I want my Doctor Who books, damn it Laughing

It can be I had to sit and wait for a read the other day to allow me to cash out £25 of vouchers but I got there in the end.

I always cash out with the folding and that seems to happen right on the 55,000 mark.

Have they changed the rules on dooyoo lately? I logged into my account for the first time and found that some of my miles had 'expired'...Do you now have to log in every so often?

Yes miles do expire these days, so it is important to log on regularly and see the state of your miles.
