Current product links not working

Since joining Ciao back in mid January, I have never had any problem accessing my product proposal with the link that they have provided. Back last month I had a link come from with the e-mail, and when clicked on had the message, the page you are looking after is no longer available or has been moved. Having contacted Ciao the problem was quickly sorted with an apology included. Unfortunately the problem has arisen again, and my latest link to my product proposal fails to work. I've contacted them again, so hopefully it will be sorted out soon.
has anybody else experienced this problem, or is it just me? Lisa x

not had it personally, but if you go to the member centre and look for the NEW PRODUCTs, then you see the last 50 so if you are lucky or Ciao are slow to load, then you can find them that way
