Can't seem to rate anyone at the moment. Was okay earlier. Has anyone else the same problem ?

I've had a couple of reviews I've not been able ot rate Rachel.....I thjink the little gremlins are at work again......This must happen when they are updating their servers or something, because only some people are affected and it's only a few reviews I cannot rate x
