I might be wrong but yes looks like I have had reads go on but miles have not been added.

Also been away at a conference last couple of days and logged on once a day to find miles were decreasing each time. I think I'm down about 900 miles now.

Also my other 5 dooyoo accounts have been frozen for some reason

I see there's even been an op posted about the issue today. The natives are restless!!!

OK - miles should not drop any further. A huge abuse case has been uncovered and there are multiple blocked accounts. It should be tidied up soon and then we'll just have to wait to see whether dooyoo reinstate miles as they have done in the past or not.

There's also a lot of tech work going on which might also be affecting the stats

ok, so i just got an email saying my account has been frozen as have my housemates! why would they freeze our accounts??

maybe if you are all using the same computer they are curious that you are different people or all the same and want to check it out first, so have frozen the accounts while they contact you guys ?

I think that if people share the same computer, then writing to dooyoo and telling them may help the investigation. On ciao once, I had to provide proof of identity because I let a ciao member use my computer. It was easily done as we were separate people, and telling them may help them to eliminate you from their enquiries.

I did email them says that and the reply was along the lines of, 'thanks for that, but sharing the same IP wasn't what we are looking, we'll tell you when we're done'
