LIST OF BUGS NOTICED BY MEMBERS.

We have a lot of guides that are members, and instead of everyone sending emails to the technical staff, I thought it might be an idea to put up a thread of glitches, so that after a short while of the new layout settling down, perhaps one of them can report our findings.

My main gripe. Upside down stats.

From what I can see there is no email notification setting to go with the new messages. Not a 'bug' but it'd be nice


Also, it no longer shows you the number of comments on each review without clicking on each review individually

Yeah, everyone does thought it'll only be temporary. It'll make all the half arsed writers look good for a while now too

My main gripes aren't the bugs though but a lot of stuff gone like member search and loads more.

good idea re a glitch thread Rachel, was going to suggest that.

The threads are fine when we look at one anothers though, so that one is reported, and cannot be a big problem, if they are correct somewhere!

Meantime, everyone could just stand on their head

I expect they will settle but the last thing the guy at dooyoo needs right now is emails from everyone. This way he can look when he wants to, and have his attention drawn to important things by guides.

Have posted on the guide forum that this thread exists so he can come and have a nose when he fancies it.

It's also annoying that you only get the total reads next to your review and not the member reads.

Dooyoo should of stuck with the old theme in my opinion.

They brought some things in because of feedback from members...

If someone adds you to their COF thingy, the last person to add you to your COF picture seems to take a few days to change. The e-mail still goes out straight away though.

A lot of things about the changes on dooyoo seem to be more instantly active during the week. During the week, I got added to someone's circle of friends and got an instant photo. Same with the looking to see who is reading thingy. It works in the week, but is very slow at weekends. Not sure why but that's the way it is.

This thread is for the dooyoo man to read on current bugs. I have removed postings about upside down ratings because that has now been fixed. Please only use the thread to report bugs as otherwise it will waste his time.

I looked at a couple of old reviews that seemed to have been moved into categories that I have never written about. For example a speakers corner review now appears under some obscure Japanese film title, not sure if this is because of the changes last week or when the film categories were changed.

I have noticed the last reads and rtes have not been updated

You can't see your own profile apart from when you want to amend it via the boxed version. If you aren't logged in, none of your own stuff shows up. Try it!

not really a bug but I saw a wasp at work..in november.

Is it a bug that the actual bug report form never works lol. It doesn't for me at least. Whenever I submit the filled out form I get a 404 error screen grr

Having problems adding to my circle of friends and messaging. When I went to add someone to my COF, a box popped up saying you must be logged in to use these features. I was logged in, and haven't had trouble with this previously. Anyone else having the same problem? Lisa x

I experienced that tonight too. If it is the same in the morning I will report it to dooyoo. x

You cannot send messages on dooyoo at the moment. When you try to it says to sign in but I am already signed in.
