RATINGS NOT STICKING.

Has anyone had any problems this afternoon with ratings not sticking, but showing up at the bottom as rated. On the side of the review, it does not show my name as having rated, although the rating button is highlighted as having been used.

I was over there a few minutes ago, and my ratings stuck. Lisa x

Some are and some aren't but its weird that they show up on the bottom but not on the side.

I was finding that with comments yesterday, it would say message left but was taking a long time to show up in the members guestbook. Lisa x

Yep having the same problem, plus I am getting told I have comments but they only show up if I look at the comments from the stats page and not on the individual review.

it's all a bit hit and miss at the moment, sometimes they stick first time, then you need to keep pressing (the most I had to do was three tries) and my points keep going up and down like a yo-yo at the same time.

Don\t care about the points as long as the money stays there.

I've been having problems as well. I've had to rate some reviews twice in order for ratings to stick.

I'm still having problems with getting ratings to stick. Sometimes it sticks on the first attempt, and another time it's been on the third go. Also comments aren't always showing up straight away, and sometimes not at all. Lisa x

Sounds like Ciao is running out of glue.

Yeah, I've had this problem, and the missing comments thing (I find pressing 'refresh' on the internet browser shows the comment after its been sent), as well having my name highlighted as having rated a review and yet the rating button had not been highlighted.

Still, glad it isn't just me - had a feeling it had something to do with my PC...

Yep Ive had this problem too. I noticed one of my COTs had double rated and this was quite a surprise seeing it on the page! But Ive not only suffered sticky ratings but also where uploading pictures a "page not found" comes up which is really annoying as I then have to retrace the review and bring up the upload page again!

It's been a nightmare for months, all this missing ratings, ghost ratings, E rating with no comment needed, no comments showing up anyway. etc...I know it does happen from time to time, but this has been since before I went to Geneve...!

I bet you didnt get double the community points for it either . It's like they have two servers not syncing or something

Here's a laugh, I rated a review VH and it showed up NH, H, and VH! Now how could someone's review be all of those ratings? Lisa x

I have noticed the occasional review not sticking just recently as well, glad it is not my system at least.

Yeah ! Mine just now, it is there, then it isnt, it shows in my total reviews as the number has gone up but the review ain't there! Everytime I do catch a glimpse of it and try and upload photos I get "Page Not Found" the message you get when a review has been deleted..

I wish Ciao would get back to work and get the system fixed!

It's definitely there.....I managed to rate it. I THINK.....

My review disappeared whilst I was adding photos on Thursday and I had a message from someone else who was having problems too! Glad to say it reappeared, but within a few minutes there were loads of reads but no ratings!

I had the same problem with my last review, as it kept disappearing and then reappearing.
