An emphatic NO from me. They cheated...I don't care much for the "sorry I'm new and didn't know it was against the rule"......What they really mean is "Of course I know it's against the rules even without reading the T & Cs..just thought I'd give it a try and Iam sorry I was caught out !"..Nope I have no patience with cheats !
