If a magazine says they pay x $ amount per Byline. What does that mean?
Also what does it mean when they say that 'reprints are paid in Byline?

The byline is the bit at the top of an article which has the author's name in it. I imagine (but don't know for sure) x amount per byline means they'd pay a flat rate for any article, whether its 300 words or 5000 words.
I'm not sure what the reprint bit would mean, unless it means the same thing
