Tried redeeming miles lately?

Was wondering if anyone else had had any problems.

Cashed in 45000 miles the other day, and have received a gift certificate for £30. Feeling a bit narked.

Or has the rate of miles to £ decreased whilst I've been away?

Not had that problem on my last cash out which arrived yesterday.

I don't normally wait for a large payout, I cash out at £10.00 and then stock pile the vouchers on my amazon account as I use it often and that way always have vouchers active. I always got the correct payout, never had to complain.

Jared is on hols at the moment, but we have raised it on the guides forum so I'm sure he shall review on his return...

I've only ever exchanged for Amazon vouchers and they come through promptly. I tend to get paid whenever I have enough as I once lost out when a group stopped and I'd had enough points to exchange for a kettle but was waiting for something better!
