Ian Huntley tried to commit suicide again last week and its not for the first time.
Should we let him be successful ??
I dont think so, his death should be on our terms not his. However if it was up to me he would have been put to death instead of being imprisoned for life.

He shouldn't be allowed to, no. However, the fact that he see's that as a better option, to me anyway, makes prison a harder option when compared to the death penalty.

Don't you think he's just trying to play the 'mental health' card?
He perhaps sees serving his time in a secure hospital as an easier option than prison.
I personally hope he never manages to convince anyone that he has health problems of any kind as I think he is a very evil and devious person.

8 paracetamol doesn't constitute a suicide attempt. Little toe-rag should be kept alive as long as possible to think about what he did.

Personally, I dont know why it is newsworthy.
yes authorities have a responsibility to keep him alive etc...and yes he should serve his punishment - but I dont think he even deserves any further comment..from media or otherwise..he clearly isnt worth it..and no one cares about him so dont even give him the attention he (possibly) craves.

I agree, let him rot in jail and not give him any publicity...
