| A friend of mine has changed his email address on Ciao and now when he tries to log in it says Incorrect password.
Does anyone know why?
He has emailed Ciao, but as usual no reply.

| The best bet in these circumstances is to press the button for a new password. It has happened to me as well. The new password then gets sent to the email address registered with ciao and you reactivate your account using that password. May be a security issue. | |

| Will tell him to try that.
He did get a reply from Ciao in the end and it said that the address he used was not the one registered. So he tried the old one and it said the same.
He is only a new member and seems a shame to lose him already.

| He has still had no response to his emails.
Any chance that you could email Rachel as they listen to you...sometimes.

| Lol. At least they answer though.
Have to say though, they really should answer emails to anyone. He has a genuine problem and can't get it resolved simply because they won't answer....now that is bad.

| I suspect that using the email address I gave you, you will have a reply fairly rapidly. | |
