Yeah, well, the only reason I wrote a review on them is becuse there were other reviews on similar subjects that had had the same problems as me.

I had proof if Ciao wanted it, the original reciept and the internet booking that quoted the price I would have paid, the photo of the hair I wanted and what I actually got... If they had asked I could have included that in the info! Or I could have changed the review into a neutral just describing the salon a little about the service (which was terrible also, but how can I prove that?!) and what I as the consumer thought.

It just annoyed me is all.
