Well, I have a bit of experience in this field.
If you want flowers delivered in a hurry
http://www.flowerssameday.co.uk/ are hard to beat. You have to try and order before 1pm to guarantee same day delivery but they do say if you order later they will try their hardest still to deliver.
If you are in less of a hurry I`d recommend
http://eden4flowers.co.uk. Nice selection and reasonable prices.
Of course there is a good chance that the flowers will be made up by the florist nearest the the person they are being sent to so really these sites are little more than middle men.
