Right, am back doing the same old same old.

This time, the floor is yours.

other than my personal rating of reviews, I am here to be convinced that there are better ways to be guiding or the likes.

So, no hiding behind Dooyoo or excuses, I am all ears.

What would you like to see me doing that is not happening at the moment?

I'd like to see guides who put themselves out and go the extra mile in encouraging members to do their best ! Does that sound like a guide motto ? I'd like to see members that do that too. I am sure we shall find something.

What I do not want to do is come over patronising and false, which a lot of people do when they leave messages on peoples work.

It will be hard to encourage new people until old members stop over rating poor reviews so I would like to see a more fair system all round.

Having said that, I am also feeding from people with their tips for cosmetics and stuff so I can quite happily relate to honest reviews which are personal and interesting. Formatted reviews do my head in and go to the tune of

"Nur de dur de dur,
Nur de dur de dur."

I want to encourgae natural writing of reviews and not analytical reviews so don't be suprised to see some controversial crown nominations put forward by me.

Content length will not win me over.

I echo Angus' thoughts. If there is anything anyone would like to say to me, either in response to my guiding, or guiding in general and what they would like to see, then please say.

Thanks
