| After all the kerfuffle at the beginning of the month I thought I would quietly withdraw my hard earned pennies from my CIAO account. My account was duly noted that I had requested such a payment. Today I see that the message has now changed to "payment sequence initiated" as at today's date. With the accelerated slowly with which they make bank transfers (they are even worse than the Halifax!) I think I shall put new postings on hold for the moment until I see what's happened. I don't think I'll be leaving my new-found diamond lying there for very long either! I'll keep on looking though! Cheers - Alan | |

| they always say that and to be fair they are always regular with paying (it might take them 5 weeks, but it is consistent!)
Sometimes I have had a payment in under 2 weeks, I guess it depends when you ask.
I have never been overly worried with them, they always have paid up when asked. | |

| I got the impression that it's best to put in your request at the end of the month. Anyone else had the same experience? | |

| Im just wondering how I could facilitate my request for payment. I havent tried to apply it but what is the easiest way of doing it? Is it alright to give the bank details not worrying if the information will be used somewhere? | |

| I just gave them my bank details and have never had any reason to be concerned about it. I also find that if I request a payment at the end of the month, I receive it quicker. Lisa x | |

| Thanks Ailran for the feedback. Frankly, Im just worried of sharing my bank details, unless otherwise good for credit but not for debit! Cheers. | |
