REPORTING PEOPLE THAT BULLY.

As I first suggested when the PM system went live, a "Report this message to Dooyoo" button would be extremely useful.

At the end of the day the important thing is that dooyoo are notified. Whether that be via an email on the weekend or on Monday morning gets the same result at the end of the day - as you say Rachel, it is the behaviour that should not be tolerated.

I still feel the "Block" funtion is still best being activated by Dooyoo.

Yeah, stunt really is taking a bashing. The flowers etc. Oh well, theres still tooyoo which i guess is underused now.

I am reposting the beginning of the thread again as the same kind of behaviour might equally happen to another member over the weekend.

It was brought to my attention that a member of dooyoo has been receiving threatening messages saying that they will receive NH ratings on their reviews if they continue to read such and such a member.

Okay lets sort out what to do in a situation like this.

Remember firstly that there is not really such a thing as a revenge rating on dooyoo. You will get paid for every rating.

Secondly, if this happens on a weekend whilst staff are away from dooyoo, it really would not be wise to bombard them with emails of things that are happening until the end of the weekend, and then if you feel it necessary report in one email giving all details, including a copy of the message left for you, and here it would be wise to leave the message in your messages on dooyoo so it can be verified.

ALTERNATIVELY report the matter to a guide.

Don't retaliate, other than to politely thank the member for the ratings they are given and remind them that all ratings are paid ratings. May actually slow them down a bit if they realise they are giving you money.

If you are threatened in messages, do report it, because this should not be allowed to happen.

These are only my views, but other members may have other suggestions
