yes that makes sense. I'm finally at $17.67 today. I'm thinking I may wait till $50. to take a pay out as that seems like more of an accomplishment. But who knows I may get all excited when it hits $25 and jump on it. lol

I have reached 2nd payout too but waiting till i get a nice lump of dosh in there to make it look pretty! One article i managed to write for 1st contest is doing really well. Thank goodness I know something about making jewelry or I'd really be out of the loop!

I did manage to finish my children's book which hopefully will be up online next week!

I'm at $30.90 now. I'm still planning to wait till it adds up to much more before I request payment.

I'm still way behind you guys as I don't post much but I did go from $3.76 on Saturday to $4.64 this morning which is a pretty big jump compared to what I normally see.

I'm still trying to figure out who is from here over there. I'm guessing some have different names over there or I just haven't put 2&2 together yet.

I can't get on the helium site seems it is timed out or overly busy or something. I'm guessing overly busy since there were a ton of people on there earlier and we are closing in on the finish line for this weeks contest.

I have reached the grand total of 44 cents but I have only been a member for less than 2 weeks. Dont suppose I will make enough to give up the day job but its fun, keeps the mind active and I am quite pleased a lot of my articles are quite highly rated

I feel earnings is very much about what you write about, and whether you promote it.

For instance. I've been a member for 1 month, written 24 reviews, made $1.18. Of those reviews only 1 is not a film review, and it accounts for nearly half of my earnings.

But since I only really enjoy writing film reviews, and don't particularly want to go to any lengths promoting my reviews, then I will not be earning the big bucks. I'll keep cross posting though, as things may change.
