Helium contest.

I've just spent a few days at home and when I re-discovered Helium, I was getting into the swing of writing again. It was good fun writing about cabbages and kings! Am back at work today and we are off visiting on Sunday for a few days so I'm going to miss the rest of the contest.

This is definitely a contest for those with stamina - and 24 hour access to a computer!

I've just recently joined Helium and have written a couple of articles in the competition. Well done Rachel for being at the top, it must take absolutely ages to write all those. Good luck for the rest of the week.

Yeh it takes time and only good ones stay up there. We have several cheating bast**ds this week that have been reported for direct copying !!

Looks like I am sinking fast. This weeks comp will be interesting but I shan't be competing. I shall be looking for copiers, and rating.

Just managed to scrape in there at number 73 in the end! Dropped about forty places over night! I felt a bit giddy..

Am rather annoyed as I hardly have had any contest articles to rate and I have been rating for the past 3 days. Tired of seeing the same curling iron articles over and over!

I decided to take the week off and not rate or write. I did however rate a bit today as I was hoping to get some of the not so hot articles so I could rate them down.

It amazes me Some of the extremely poor grammar I see in the 20.00 list. But alas I never get to rate those that are in desperate need of being rated down.

I know exactly what you mean Dream, I have spent about 7-8hrs since Saturday rating and I have come across some of the worst writing I have ever seen. I have flagged nearly every other article for having author's name or website or just being complete and utter *Bad word*. The people that should be higher up are not. If there is a growling icon, please insert it here...

Congrats Dave on your finish! Suppose you'll be putting it towards paying that pub tab??? :-)

I'm not inspired much by this weeks title although I do want to write in a few titles but I'll certainly be trying to get one of the top three prizes before the compeition ifnishes and frankly, wish i'd taken part more in earlier weeks.
