| By 'eck! That was quick! I opted for cash payment under a week ago and my nice postman has just delivered a cheque from Dooyoo! Well done to them and now I shall hot foot it to the bank to stave off the heavies! | |

| I got my Amazon voucher by email within a week.
Now I'm trying to cash out my 55,000 (on the dot) for a cheque but it keeps telling me I don't have enough?

| Yeah, weird that. Already wasn't too keen on the £5 handling. Nevermind. Got some more miles already and cashed out.
The email:
you just submitted a redemption request for 55000 dooyooMiles. You want to redeem them for code 'ca IBAN: SWIFT:'
What's that 'ca IBAN: SWIFT:' business? It's a cheque, not wire transfer.

| Your code Eban is the code for your bank account. I know this from having transferred money directly from England to France. Presumably, they are now transferring cash instead of sending cheques, and all it takes is a quick ring to your bank to confirm what your EBAN is. This is used for international transfers of money and is a way for the foreign bank to recognise your Branch. | |

| I got this EBAN message too, on my recent cashing in requests, and I have asked for Amazon vouchers not cash. I asked for them in three lots..two have arrived and one hasn't | |

| I usually get the IBAN: SWIFT email message when submitting requests for Amazon vouchers. So far they've been really prompt and I get the voucher code within a week or so of submitting the request. | |

| I got that message when I asked for cash but a cheque did arrive, as requested. It's a bit disconcerting to see messages like that and makes you wonder if you've requested the wrong sort of payment But it's either a bug in their system or it means more to the owners that it does to us! | |

It's actually an IBAN Number... :-) And you don't even need to ring your bank to find out what it is...the majority of UK Building Society's and Banks quote your IBAN number on your bank statements. If your unsure it's a 22 digit code... Swift Code first (8 digits) Sort Code second (6 digits) Account code last (8 digits)
