| You were saying that you did not see the difference between a walk through and an explanation of a game. I might be able to help here. Imagine, if you had someone sitting next to you at the computer and wanted to show them everything, what you are describing to them is a "walk through". If you were then asked by a kid at school about what a game is like, then you would be describing the game, and not walking through it. Can you see the difference ? | |

| I think there is rarely a reason to write more than 1000 words for any review other than for your own indulgence as a writer. If you are writing for the consumer I would think with the exception of perhaps a travel review there is little you cannot say in 1000 words. I rarely reach 1000 nowadays and on the whole my reviews are better for it. This does not mean a review should not be above 1000 words but rather you should think "Is all the info really necessary after that point?". If it is then great if not then a little bit of editing may not go amiss! | |
