| I'm able to sign in all right, but can't get any further than my own profile page. Even worse than that, the computer I'm using won't allow my own reviews to show up. So just need to know if it's the stupid content protect I'm using that's causing the problems or if something's actually up with Ciao | |

| I seem to keep having trouble rating reviews, which is so frustrating! Lisa x | |

| I had a note from Ciao saying that my E-mail address wasn't accepting mail from them despite getting alerts succesfully. It then prevented me getting any further than my page. I sent an e-mail telling them the e-mail they had was correct. I now have access. I haven't got a clue what's going on (nothing new there then) | |

| One thing I have noticed is when I look at reviews there is info missing. By which I mean, the advantages and disadvantages that u put in and also the other drop down menus when u reading a review are not show.
Helpfully u all understand that!

Let's try. One thing I have noticed is when I look at reviews, there is information missing, by which I mean that the advantages and disadvantages that should e there are not. Not sure what they mean by the drop down menus ! | |

| When you write a new review you cannot submit it without listing advantages and disadvantages. I've done that since I've been with Ciao. But for some reason (unknown to me) the advantages or disadvantages are not showing up on the actual reviews themselves nor is the rating the writer has given. All that shows is the overall rating the product has received, which is rather annoying if, for example, the writer has slated the product when others have sung its praises. How do you know what the writer deems to be the pros and cons now?? I'm really quite baffled about this! Can anyone shed any light on this? | |

| You do see it. If you pull the review right down to the bottom and then look below the massive advert area, it continues there. The layout stinks because people don't actually read them. | |

| Well since I left that message here I noticed quite a few reviews in the last few days with the advantages and disadvantages showing at the top and the writer's * rating and thought it was all back to normal, then yesterday it went weird again! Guess it's all to do with the site changes going on. I'll stop complaining now (yeah right!)... | |

| Well, seems to be working again (at least for the time being). The site will probably still crash a couple of times before the day is over I warrant. | |
