| Have just received Ciao's first newsletter, and wondered what you all thought about it?
A new one will be sent out every month, and I think it's a useful way of seeing all the latest information on one page. It's very well layed out, although some info such as how many people are on the team, and nationalities working at ciao was unnecessary. Also it would have been a perfect opportunity for them to address the technical difficulties the site has been suffering with, and to apologise. They're also asking people to write a review teling people what they think of the newsletter. Can you really review it properly after it's first edition though? Lisa x

| I think ciao wasted an opportunity with the newsletter and apart from telling us which photos we cannot use, and also to sign up for more surveys, thought it a bit of a waste of space. | |

| I can't see anything on photos, but that reminds me, I can't understand how some members have clearly got away with photos that are not theirs, unless Jimmy Carr happens to write for the site, I've even seen a couple use the photos provided in the example as well. | |

Lisa x What a surprise - as far as I can see it's a non-paying category! Surely as a company that runs a survey site they would recognise that kind of feedback is commercially useful and they could do worse than to put their hands in their pockets and pay a ha'penny a read for it.
